I was with ClamWin but recently bought Kaspersky. Eu estava com ClamWin mas recentemente comprei Kaspersky. ClamWin was the best freeware antivirus I have ever used. ClamWin foi o melhor antivírus freeware que eu já utilizados.
Avast is also good, how about Panda Antivirus? O avast também é bom, e quanto a Panda Antivírus?

In terms of upto date updates, Avast wins. Em termos de actualizações upto data, Avast vitórias. My laptop came with Norton pre-installed, but I found it very resource hungry, so replace it with ClamWin few months ago. O meu laptop veio com o Norton pré-instalado, mas eu achei muito recurso fome, por isso substituí-la por ClamWin alguns meses atrás. The only drawback with Clamwin is that it doesn’t remove or quarantine infected files. A única desvantagem com ClamWin é que não quarentena ou remover arquivos infectados. You have to manually do that. Você tem que fazer isso manualmente.

Initially I had Norton Installed in my system, but then it consumed lot of resources and even the boot up took so much time, so I shifted to free version of AVG. I am not really sure why people are discussing AVG, NOD or Clamwin. Não estou muito certo porque as pessoas estão discutindo AVG, NOD ou ClamWin.
Avira has the best detection rate, just look at the AV-Comparatives test and the link in my last comment. Avira tem a melhor taxa de detecção, basta olhar para os testes comparativos e AV-se no link no meu último comentário.
AV is all about detection rates so please pay attention! AV tem tudo a ver com taxas de detecção por isso, preste atenção!

I have used AVG since some time now and i very well will stick to it as its quite a good antivirus softwares and sometimes it even beats the big players in cleaning up the virus Eu tenho utilizado AVG desde há algum tempo a i muito bem e vai manter-se fiel ao seu bem-lo como um bom antivírus e softwares, por vezes, até mesmo os grandes jogadores no bate limpeza do vírus

i love to use clamwin because it is open source but the problem is that it doesn’t have any real time scanner support. i love ClamWin de usar porque é open source, mas o problema é que ele não tem nenhum tempo real scanner apoio. that is why i am sticking with Avast!
