    I have one favorite tool at http://vconvert.net/.
    But only could handle wmv, mov, mp4, 3gp, mp3 and flv only.

    It may be because of the size of the file and speed of internet connection.

    @Ken Xu,
    vConvert can handle popular extensions.

    online file converter are not made for Indian broadband speeds

    This converter has pretty good speed if you have a decent internet connection.
