With Media Convert you can even split large files after converting. Media convert also supports a wide range of formats.
For movies, the supported formats include .3gp, .mov, .avi, .mp4, .vob, .flv, .ogm, .mpg, .rm, .wmv and few others. In audio, it supports .mp3, .3gp, .amr, .asf, .mp4, .mpc, .ogg, .rm, .wav and many more. It can also convert polyphonic and monophonic ringtones. The quality of conversion is also pretty good.
Once the file is converted, you need to download the file. Media Convert can convert files with size upto 150MB.

I have one favorite tool at http://vconvert.net/.
But only could handle wmv, mov, mp4, 3gp, mp3 and flv only.
