If you are tired of seeing the old look of Firefox, here are some Firefox themes which can get you the looks of popular Operating Systems.

1. Vista Aero: Vista Aero gives the look of Internet Explorer in Firefox. This theme is for people who like the looks of IE.

2. iSafari: iSafari is a brushed theme based on the Safari browser with Apple like features.

3. Macfox II: Macfox II offers the clean look of Mac OS X Firefox for your PC, including Aqua-style UI elements and enhancements.
4. Ubuntu Human Theme: Ubuntu Human Theme gives you the icons of Ubuntu Human Icons, derived from Ubuntu Linux OS.

5. AeroFox Basic: AeroFox Basic is a theme for Firefox using Windows Vista Aero or Vista Basic themes. This theme is for the people who like the IE7 interface.

6. RedShift: RedShift is a dark theme with good looking icons and an unique presentation tab. Although this theme is a dark one, browser elements and text are highly visible.

7. Metal Lion Vista: A clean, professional theme combining the look of Vista and the style of the Metal Lion themes. This theme is compatible with Firefox 2.0 and above.

I liked the Macfox II and Vista Aero themes, which is your favorite Firefox theme for OS?

and the macfox looks cool too. Thanks for your information. I will change the theme now. ;p
@Ken Xu,
As I said, Vista Aero is a cool theme, I’m using Macfox now.
I’m using the Walnut theme. It gives a wooden look to Firefox.
Once, I get my Mac I’m not going to use any themes..for obvious reason.
@Ashwin,
I remember trying that theme.
Congrats on getting a Macbook. Have a great time with that.

Wow gr8 Post
Pretty Good collection. Nirmal Did u check on the performance issue
@Ashish,
I didnt see any performance issue with these themes.
@Nirmal: Sounds great then. haha This is not like the Vista themes which crashed some of the system I have heard of
@Ashish,
These are Firefox theme and I dont think it will cause a system crash. Moreover all the themes are very popular ones, if there was any issue like that it wouldnt become the top ones.
Uhh… But no windows xp
?
You know, that OS that the majority uses?

Sweet firefox theme list. A personal favorite of mine is “Whitehart”
Walnut STILL doesn’t work for Mac OS X with the latest Firefox. It makes the menu icons all ugly looking. Dev apparently has no clue how to fix this after years, has told me that Mozilla will make FF compatible but they haven’t and it’s not their issue it’s his, no other themes except ALL of his themes display this ugliness, yet he refuses to post a note with his addon download that it isn’t compatible with OS X.
