Nirmal, I have been using GApps for almost eight months now. Few things from my side:
- The 99.9 % uptime is for paid versions, probably.
-Wordpress users can integrate the email with their hosted blogs(i.e, not on abc.wordpress.com).Wordpress helps you do that.
- At this point, you cannot intergate it with Blogger till you create a sub-domain and run your blog on that.
-Email list management is horrible. If you have to create a Distribution List, you cannot do it one shot. This is quite a pain.
-On the whole, it is quite decent. Even Abdul Kalam uses it now(not joking, serious).

Thanks for letting me know about the RoundCube service and yes, all messages are safe even if we move the hosting service. This applies Live domains as well.

@Ashok,
Yes, you can change the Logo in free version of Google apps. I made a custom logo for all my emails.
