How to Configure Read Receipt for a Message in Outlook Come configurare Leggi ricevuta per un messaggio in Outlook
Most of us must have configured Outlook for sending and receiving mails. La maggior parte di noi deve avere configurato Outlook per inviare e ricevere posta elettronica. Some of the mails sent might be important and urgent and it may be important to know if the recipient has read the mail. For this there is a functionality called Read Receipt which can be configured easily on your Outlook. Steps to configure Read Receipt; Procedura per configurare Leggi ricezione;
1. 1. Configure Read Receipt for all Mails: Configurazione Leggi ricevuta per tutta la posta:
Go to Tools -> Options ->Select Preferences Tab. Vai a Strumenti -> Opzioni -> Seleziona Preferenze Tav. Here you can find a button named Email Options . Qui potete trovare un pulsante denominato E-mail Opzioni. In the Email Option window, select Tracking Options . Nella finestra delle opzioni e-mail, selezionare Opzioni di monitoraggio.
Enabling the Read Receipt here will make sure that all the messages sent from your inbox will have the receipt attached to it. Abilitare il ricevimento Leggi qui farà in modo che tutti i messaggi inviati dalla tua casella di posta avrà la ricezione collegato ad esso. You can even select the delivery report checkbox to make sure that the email is delivered. It cannot be said that this is for beginners, I have seen lot of people using Outlook for years, but don’t remember the configuration and some of the simple tricks in this. I dont use Outlook, Thunderbird for me, anyways tried it and it works I dont utilizza Outlook, Thunderbird per me, comunque provato e funziona

My college has put on heavy firewall so i’m not being able to use any email client. Il mio collegio ha messo sul firewall in modo pesante non sono in grado di utilizzare qualsiasi client di posta elettronica.

The settings are same in both Outlook and Outlook express. Le impostazioni sono gli stessi in entrambi i Outlook e Outlook Express.

You can enable read receipt in Thunderbird using these steps. È possibile attivare la ricezione di leggere in Thunderbird usando questa procedura.
Go to Tools -> Options -> Advanced tab -> Return Receipts button -> tick When sending messages, always request a return receipt. Vai a Strumenti -> Opzioni -> scheda Avanzate -> Torna Ricevute pulsante -> spuntare Quando si invia un messaggio, semper chiedere una ricevuta di ritorno.
hi, nice tip but i have some problems to get its usage. ciao, bella punta, ma ho qualche problema a far andare il suo utilizzo. ok i configure my message that requests a read receipt, i actually receive read receipts but let’s say i sent 3 messages to a user in one day, all delivered to user and he/she read 2 of them next day one of them is not read yet. ok ho configurato il mio messaggio che richiede una lettura di ricezione, i ricevono effettivamente leggere le entrate, ma diciamo che ho inviato 3 messaggi a un utente in un giorno, consegnato a tutti gli utenti e ha letto 2 del giorno successivo loro uno di loro è ancora non sanno leggere. so next day i receive 2 read receipts but there is not a bind between the messages (or i can’t see it) all read receipts have at attached txt file and there is Original-Message-ID but should i compare it with all messages’ headers? così i prossimi giorni, riceveranno 2 leggere le entrate, ma non vi è una impegnare tra i messaggi (o non posso vederlo) tutte le leggi sono entrate in allegato file txt e non vi è originale-Message-ID, ma mi devo confrontare con tutti i messaggi 'Header? There is Advanced Find option which i can run on sent items folder. C'è Ricerca avanzata opzione che mi può girare su cartella Inviati. In Advanced Find there is Advanced tab. Nella Ricerca avanzata vi è scheda Avanzate. I define criteria : Field -> All Mail Fields -> Tracking Status equals Not Read I criteri di definire: Campo -> Tutti i messaggi Campi -> Monitoraggio di Stato equivale a non leggere
I know in that folder there are some mails not read yet (let’s say last read receipt has come on 10:30 and i have more messages asked for read receipt sent after this time) So che nella cartella ci sono alcuni messaggi non ancora letti (diciamo ultimo leggere la ricezione è venuto a 10:30 e mi hanno chiesto più messaggi per leggere ricezione inviate dopo questo tempo)

I have a question on Outlook- if I receive a read receipt on a particular message and then a few hour/days later I then receive a Not read recipt on that same orginal e-mail it updates that tracking system- and yet I am left with a Read and a Not Read Receipt for the same message but on tracking tool of course it states Not Read. What does this mean and how is this achieved? Che cosa significa e come viene realizzato questo? It has happened on a few messages so its not an accident. È accaduto su un numero limitato di messaggi per cui il suo non è un incidente.
