How to Configure Read Receipt for a Message in Outlook كيفية تكوين اقرأ لاستلام الرسالة في النظرة العامة
Most of us must have configured Outlook for sending and receiving mails. معظمنا يجب أن يكون تكوين النظرة العامة للإرسال وتلقي الرسائل. Some of the mails sent might be important and urgent and it may be important to know if the recipient has read the mail. بعض من ارسال الرسائل قد يكون من المهم والعاجل وربما يكون من المهم معرفة ما إذا كان المتلقي قد قراءة البريد. For this there is a functionality called Read Receipt which can be configured easily on your Outlook. لهذا ثمة وظيفة ودعا إقرأ الاستلام التي يمكن تهيئتها بسهولة على التوقعات الخاصة بك. You can configure Read Receipt for a single message as well as for all the messages sent from your Outlook Inbox. إقرأ يمكنك تهيئته لاستلام رسالة واحدة وكذلك لجميع الرسائل المرسلة من علبة البريد الخاص بك التوقعات.
Steps to configure Read Receipt; خطوات لتكوين إقرأ الاستلام ؛
1. 1. Configure Read Receipt for all Mails: إقرأ تكوين لاستلام جميع البريد :
Go to Tools -> Options ->Select Preferences Tab. اذهب إلى أدوات --> خيارات --> اختر علامة التبويب تفضيلات. Here you can find a button named Email Options . هنا يمكنك العثور على اسمه زر خيارات البريد الإلكتروني. In the Email Option window, select Tracking Options . البريد الإلكتروني الخيار في النافذة ، اختر خيارات التتبع.
Enabling the Read Receipt here will make sure that all the messages sent from your inbox will have the receipt attached to it. تمكين إقرأ استلام هنا سوف نتأكد من أن جميع الرسائل المرسلة من صندوق البريد الوارد وسيكون استلام المرتبطة به. You can even select the delivery report checkbox to make sure that the email is delivered. حتى يمكنك اختيار مربع الاختيار تسليم التقرير إلى التأكد من أن البريد الإلكتروني هو تسليم.
2. 2. Configure Read Receipt for Individual Mails: قراءة لتكوين استلام الرسائل الفردية :
To add a read receipt to individual mail, Select a new mail to compose. إضافة إلى القراءة الفردية استلام البريد ، اختر جديد لتكوين البريد. Click on the Options button . انقر على زر الخيارات.
Check the option- Request a read receipt for this message . افحص الخيار بين تلقي طلب لقراءة هذه الرسالة. You can also activate delivery report for a single mail. يمكنك أيضا تفعيل تسليم التقرير لفترة واحدة البريد.

It cannot be said that this is for beginners, I have seen lot of people using Outlook for years, but don’t remember the configuration and some of the simple tricks in this. لا يمكن القول أن هذا هو للمبتدئين ، لقد رأيت الكثير من الناس باستخدام توقعات لسنوات ، لكنه لا يتذكر والتكوين من بعض الحيل البسيطة في هذا. My college has put on heavy firewall so i’m not being able to use any email client. بلدي كلية الثقيلة وقد وضع على جدار حتى لست قادرة على استخدام أي عميل البريد الإلكتروني.
If you have any suggestions regarding using an email client under firewall, plz do let me know. إذا كان لديك أي اقتراحات تتعلق باستخدام عميل البريد الإلكتروني تحت جدار ناري ، plz اسمحوا لي أن لا نعرف.

The settings are same in both Outlook and Outlook express. الإعدادات هي نفسها في كل من توقعات وأعرب عن التوقعات.

You can enable read receipt in Thunderbird using these steps. يمكنك تمكين قراءة في استلام ثندربيرد باستخدام هذه الخطوات.
Go to Tools -> Options -> Advanced tab -> Return Receipts button -> tick When sending messages, always request a return receipt. اذهب إلى أدوات --> خيارات --> علامة التبويب خيارات متقدمة --> عودة الإيصالات زر --> ضع علامة عند إرسال الرسائل ، دائما العودة استلام الطلب.
hi, nice tip but i have some problems to get its usage. مرحبا ، لطيف الحافة ولكن لدي بعض المشاكل للحصول على استخدامه. ok i configure my message that requests a read receipt, i actually receive read receipts but let’s say i sent 3 messages to a user in one day, all delivered to user and he/she read 2 of them next day one of them is not read yet. أنا موافق تكوين رسالتي أن استلام الطلبات للقراءة ، قراءة في الواقع الحصول على إيصالات ولكن دعونا نقول ط 3 أرسل رسائل إلى أحد المستخدمين في يوم واحد ، وسلمت إلى جميع مستخدم وأنه أتم قراءة 2 منهم في اليوم التالي هو واحد منهم لم أقرأ حتى الآن. so next day i receive 2 read receipts but there is not a bind between the messages (or i can’t see it) all read receipts have at attached txt file and there is Original-Message-ID but should i compare it with all messages’ headers? في اليوم التالي حتى يتلقى ط 2 قراءة الإيصالات ولكن ليس هناك مأزق بين الرسائل (أو لا استطيع ان ارى ذلك) جميعا قراءة إيصالات قد يعلق في ملف txt وهناك هو الأصل بين هوية رسالة ولكن يجب أن أقارن ذلك مع جميع الرسائل 'رؤوس؟ Is there a way to define which message is actually read? هل هناك طريقة لتحديد الرسالة التي هي في الواقع قراءة؟
There is Advanced Find option which i can run on sent items folder. وهناك اعثر على خيار متقدم التي يمكن تشغيلها على ارسال البنود مجلد. In Advanced Find there is Advanced tab. متقدم في البحث عن وجود علامة التبويب خيارات متقدمة. I define criteria : Field -> All Mail Fields -> Tracking Status equals Not Read تحديد معايير لي : الميداني --> جميع الحقول البريد --> تتبع مركز يساوي لم أقرأ
I know in that folder there are some mails not read yet (let’s say last read receipt has come on 10:30 and i have more messages asked for read receipt sent after this time) وأنا أعلم أن في المجلد هناك بعض الرسائل لم أقرأ بعد (دعونا نقول قراءة الماضي قد حان على استلام 10:30 ولقد طلبت المزيد من الرسائل لاستلام أرسل بعد قراءة هذا الوقت)

I have a question on Outlook- if I receive a read receipt on a particular message and then a few hour/days later I then receive a Not read recipt on that same orginal e-mail it updates that tracking system- and yet I am left with a Read and a Not Read Receipt for the same message but on tracking tool of course it states Not Read. لدي سؤال عن توقعات - إذا كنت تحصل على قراءة استلام رسالة معينة وبعد ذلك بضعة ساعة / يوم في وقت لاحق وبعد ذلك يتلقى لم أقرأ على recipt أن نفس الأصلية البريد الإلكتروني أنها التحديثات التي تتبع نظام وحتى الآن أنا تركت مع (أ) لا اقرأ واقرأ لاستلام الرسالة نفسها ولكن على تتبع مسار أنها أداة من الدول التي ليست قراءة. What does this mean and how is this achieved? ماذا يعني هذا وكيف يتحقق هذا؟ It has happened on a few messages so its not an accident. ولقد حدث ذلك على عدد قليل من الرسائل حتى لا عن وقوع حادث.
