Zapakmail is one the latest entrant into the Email segment. Zapakmail is currently offering free mail service with unlimited storage. Accessing Zapakmail is also fast and is equipped with Spam filters, search and quick folder management.
The inbox is similar to other mail services and the beta version is powered by Ajax technology.
Zapakmail is owned by Zapak Digital Entertainment Limited (Zapak) which is a full-service software gaming entertainment company and a part of the Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group. Zapak.com is also India’s largest gaming portal.

Never tried Zapakmail, but the TV advertisements are pretty hillarious…

I agree with you on the fact that we have lot of mail services and its crowded, but considering the fact that this is an Indian email service, it could be fast as the servers would be in India.

Great to see a good Indian startup. Hope they don’t sell IDs to spammers.

Zapakmail looks promising, but the interface needs some more improvements.
Have u tried it? Could have written more abuot the features and speed…
a comparision chart with existing services could have helped.

I have tried it and its similar to rediff by looks and features. Its also very fast.

Currently they do not offer POP and IMAP access. But the POP access is in testing phase and they may implement it soon.

ummmm….yup the service is not so good ,as the service isnt fast and ive recieved 3 mail delivery subsystem failures and i could not send any zapakmail invites as it just fails to send it.and the ads convey somethin totally different it needs improvement.
