I can convert the video but there is no sound when I converted some concert footage from the Heroes of Woodstock show….what am I doing wrong?

The download link on this page isn’t working, so I went to the actual site and every time I select a download link it just brings me to another page. Is the actual software is called AVS video converter, or is this something else?
