Gmail is by far the best free e-mail service I'm registered to. I noticed that Yahoo Beta is *cough* trying to copy the features of Gmail.

I still maintain some Yahoo e-mail addresses because they are linked to other services like Groups, Messenger, Briefcase etc.

But just for overall e-mail features, I'd stick to Google's.

I recommend using Gmail for all google related accounts such as Adsense. It ensures that emails will never go to spam.

You can then enable auto forward from Gmail to Yahoo mail! If that appears as spam, tag it as Not Spam and thatz it.

Yahoo probably has their own spam engine. And there can be multiple factors in tagging an email as a spam such as domain name, originating IP, header information, email path (yes some backbone routers can be identified as spam senders and if originating email took that router in it's path then it can be identified as a spam) etc. As far as google goes, I figured google emails are considered a lot as spam even with other email services like Hotmail. Just whitelist them by adding them to safe senders list.
