Free javascripts are notorious for having popups, but I have to ask. Are you running WordPress 2.1.2? Because I had popups appear on my blog with 2.1.1 due to their software being hacked on their server. It took me hours to delete the scripts and upgrade. If you think that the pop ups are shown only to US visitors then check your blog using some proxy of US as you are in India.
