Orkut Bug?

Of late I have been seeing this in my Orkut home page. This page shows me that there are 5 unread messages (2-3 months back it was showing 3 unread messages) even when there are no messages in my inbox.

Now when I click the unread messages, its still more interesting

It shows there are no messages in the selected folder. It also displays “showing 1-3 of 3” ? To confirm this I deleted all the messages in my folders, sent items, saved item and inbox, but it still shows as 5 unread message. Is it a bug or a mystery, only Orkut can tell.

    @ Atul,

    @Sujit
    Thanks for the comments.
    About the confirmation message, its actually an Ajax based plug-in for Wordpress blogs which I have used here. Editing the plug-in is bit difficult. :smile:

    I am also facing the similar problem. Under My Messages section Orkut says:

    “Showing 1-3 of 3
    You have no messages in the selected folder. ”

    Does not it sound paradoxical? Is not it a joke? Orkut should fix this bug as soon as possible.
