The latest trend among students and youngsters has been the online social networking sites. There has been a number of sites which are used for networking. The majors in this area are Orkut, Hi5, Friendster, Gazzag and few others .Today I got an invite from another site MingleBox, the latest entrant into online social networking. This is an Indian version of popular Orkut and is developed by IIT aluminis. Nowadays these sites have become more popular than Emails and messengers. Each site have their own distinct way of sending msgs and mails to friends. How far these new sites are successful will depend on the features they provide when compared to Orkut.
