Today when I sit and think of what I did exactly one year ago, the training memories comes to my mind. I joined this company on Nov 7th 2005 and hard to believe that I completed one year, this is why some say-”Time flies quickly”. On Nov 3rd 2006 I got mail that I’m a confirmed with this company. Although now into busy schedules of production work, I still miss my training days.
The first day when I joined with my friend, I was more than surprised to see the campus and its facilities there. The next day onwards we were into the training which was supposed to be one of the best training in the world. The first week itself we had our first online test and lot of assignments. It was more of a college like atmosphere and hard to believe that we were employee and not students there. We had longer days and shorter nights just because we had to complete our assignments by next day morning. We were given accommodation inside the campus itself with world class facilities, but couldn’t get time to enjoy all the facilities available there. Four months passed by and we gave our final exams which completes the training there. All of us were posted into different units and places, some of them got their desired locations, while some had to satisfy with what they got.
I learned lot from the training and although it was tough, I still miss my training days and my friends there. Now all of us are into different area of work and in different places, each into their own busy world of coding and testing. :smile:
