My new mobile! Sony Ericsson W700i
After lot of thoughts, i decided to get myself a new Sony Ericsson w700i walkman phone. On 4th Aug 2006 (Fri) i bought myself a w700i for 13k. It has a 2MP cam and 256 MB pro duo card which is expandable up to 2GB. The clarity of image is excellent and flash also good. The quality of audio is also exceptional with the sony trademark MEGA BASS available in this. I’m fully satisfied with the new mobile.A quality headset is included in the phone kit. If you prefer your favorite old stereo headphones: No worries. Just plug them in. Enhance further with accessories.

The only drawback I see with 700i is, it doesn’t have Auto focus, which is the key in K750 and W800

You are right, Auto focus is the only drawback in it.
Initially I was dismayed with Sony as I had switched over from Nokia after 11 years, the outlook Sync took away a lot of numbers stored as second mobile phone which nokia used to manage easily, there was some disappoint with the camera too, specially grainy images inside room and a shake making them hazy, but over the time I have mastered the camera and its setting to produce good results. Outdoor and good lighting shots are superb, music is good too, apps available online are hmmm OK, I found better ones for Palm and most of those were FREE, so overall satisfied, if the organizer was better would have delighted.

I’ve installed the Disc2Phone software and when i connect the W700i it’s looking for more software’s to be installed. What other software do i require to help me successfully transfer some music to my phone. Can someone help me..?
